What we do
Health & Fitness Gym
Our non-commercial Health & Fitness Gym is designed for individuals committed to maintaining optimal fitness and a healthy lifestyle, especially as they age. We welcome everyone, including those without underlying health conditions, who strive to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Health Rehabilitation
We specialise in both physical and mental health rehabilitation, addressing a wide range of conditions such as sports injuries, pre and post-joint replacements, stroke recovery, heart issues, diabetes, and more. Many of our members are referred by GPs, hospital doctors, or healthcare professionals seeking specialised rehabilitation support.
