Strength & Balance (Falls Prevention)

Stay steady, strong and confident on your feet! Our Strength and Balance classes are designed to help older adults and those at risk of falls build confidence through gentle, effective movement. Based upon the proven OTAGO Exercise Programme, sessions are led by a qualified instructor and offer supportive low impact exercises for all levels of fitness to improve strength and balance whilst helping maintain independence. What to Expect - A blend of seated and standing exercises using a chair for support - Gentle strength training using body weight and ankle weights - Tailored balance and posture drills to meet your ability level - Mobility-focused movement to support joint function and reduce stiffness - A safe and, encouraging environment with instructor support every step of the way Ideal For - Older adults - Individuals with balance concerns or reduced mobility - Anyone recovering from a fall or looking to stay independent and active Join us to take a proactive step toward better strength, balance, and confidence.

Pulmonary Class

Improve respiratory strength, cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance in a supportive setting! This structured circuit-style class is designed for individuals with chronic respiratory conditions or those maintaining lung health after pulmonary rehabilitation. Led by a trained instructor, the class focuses on enhancing respiratory muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance and functional fitness through safe, guided movement. Participants move through a series of stations that combine low-impact strength and cardiovascular exercises with targeted breathing exercises designed to support lung function, build stamina and promote breathing control. What to Expect - A circuit of low-to-moderate intensity exercise targeting both upper and lower body - Functional movements to improve strength, balance and endurance - Use of equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, or body weight as appropriate - End-of-session guided breathing practice to support lung function and recovery - Instructor-led monitoring of breathing technique, effort levels and recovery - A supportive environment tailored to individual needs and abilities Ideal For - Individuals with COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, or post-COVID recovery - Those who have completed a pulmonary rehab programme and want to maintain progress - Anyone looking to improve breathing, stamina, and quality of life Participants are encouraged to bring any prescribed inhalers or supplemental oxygen and consult with their healthcare provider before joining.

Func-Fit (Functional Fitness for All Abilities)

Move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence! FuncFit is a multi-ability course aimed at individuals of all exercise capabilities and ages, designed to enhance everyday movement through a variety of functional exercises and exercise methodology. The course aims to focus on improving strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall confidence. Whether you're getting started or staying active. FuncFit helps build a strong foundation for everyday movement and long-term health. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to maintain and build on existing progress, this course offers supportive and adaptable training to suit your needs! Box Fit

Boost your fitness, build power, and relieve stress — one punch at a time! BoxFit is a fun, high-energy fitness class inspired by boxing training techniques. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, coordination and confidence, this non-contact class combines boxing-inspired movements with functional exercises to give you a full-body workout. Led by a motivating instructor, BoxFit is suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll work at your own pace using gloves and pads (provided), focusing on safe technique, stamina, and strength. It’s a brilliant way to boost heart health, burn calories, and enjoy a stress-busting workout in a friendly, supportive environment. What to Expect: • Boxing combinations using gloves and pads (no sparring) • Functional bodyweight or resistance-based exercises between rounds • Focus on coordination, balance, timing and reaction speed • Instructor guidance on punch technique, posture and safety • High-energy music and a motivating group atmosphere • Adaptable intensity to suit all fitness levels Ideal For: • Anyone looking for a fun, full-body cardiovascular and strength workout • Individuals wanting to improve stamina, coordination and confidence • Those managing stress, low mood, or looking for an energetic group class No prior boxing experience needed. Parkinsons Class

Move with confidence, improve balance, and stay active. This specialised class is designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease or other parkinsonian syndromes. Using evidence-based exercise approaches, the class focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination — all key factors in managing symptoms and maintaining independence. Sessions are led by trained instructors who understand the needs of people with Parkinson’s and tailor each activity to suit individual abilities. With a focus on functional movement and confidence-building, participants are supported in a safe, structured environment to move more freely, improve reaction time, and reduce fall risk. Mindful Movements
(Tai Chi + Mobility)

Find calm through movement, improve mobility, and restore balance. Mindful Movements combines the flowing, meditative practice of Tai Chi with gentle mobility exercises to support balance, flexibility, and inner calm. This low-impact class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, move more freely, and cultivate a sense of mindfulness in motion. Guided by a trained instructor, each session focuses on slow, controlled movement, breathing techniques, and joint-friendly exercises to improve physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for all abilities, this class offers a peaceful and supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. Cardiac Rehab

Support your heart health, build strength, and regain confidence. This structured, heart-friendly exercise class is designed for individuals recovering from a cardiac event or managing a heart condition. Whether you're post-surgery, post-cardiac rehab, or managing long-term cardiovascular health, this class offers a safe and supportive environment to rebuild your fitness, improve circulation, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Led by qualified instructors, each session focuses on gradual progression, functional movement, and cardiovascular training tailored to your ability and comfort level. Our aim is to help you move with confidence, reduce risk of future events, and support long-term heart health. Pilates

Build core strength, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. Pilates is a low-impact, mat-based exercise method focused on controlled movements, breathing, and alignment. This class is designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and support joint mobility — helping you move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of injury. Led by a qualified instructor, this inclusive class is suitable for beginners and those with experience alike. Each session offers modifications to meet individual needs, making it ideal for people managing long-term conditions or simply looking to move with more confidence and control. Affordable Pricing Plans

Walx is a Nordic walking community that offers patented walking poles, ideal for participants who want to part of walking group and it can be tailored to those with conditions like Parkinson ' s and more. Following a recent meeting with their team, we have the opportunity to lead the launch of a Walx group in Daventry, where there is currently no provision. Coming in 2026.

Hydrotherapy is a therapeutic treatment that uses water to promote healing and improve physical function. It involves exercises and movements performed in warm water, which helps to reduce pain, improve circulation, and increase mobility and strength. Hydrotherapy is particularly beneficial for individuals with arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, or those recovering from surgery, or neurological conditions. Aiming to Launch October 2025.
