A Welcome from Dan

Executive Managing Director

Hi, I’m Dan, Executive Managing Director at The Reach for Health Centre. My journey with RFH
began back in 2011, and it’s been an incredible part of my life ever since. From being supported
through my studies, to becoming Centre Manager, and now leading the charity, I’ve seen first-hand
how special this place is.

Alongside my role here, I work as a specialist neurological physiotherapist with the Muscular
Dystrophy Support Centre and lecture at the University of Northampton. I love combining my
passions for rehabilitation, education, and community care — and when I’m not doing that, you’ll
probably find me out hiking, scrambling, or off on a new adventure.

I’m proud to look after the Centre, but it’s our amazing team that makes RFH the warm, welcoming
community it is. So, meet the people who make it all happen…

Darren takes immense pride in helping others achieve their goals, especially when it comes to recovery and improving fitness levels. He finds it incredibly rewarding to witness members reach new heights in their health journey.
